Ruth Snodgrass is an experienced Executive Assistant trusted by C-level leaders in compliance, risk management, and global investment management. Known for her proactive, strategic approach, Ruth specializes in streamlining calendars, optimizing workflows, and leveraging Microsoft tools to improve executive efficiency and decision-making. She has supported executives at Dimensional Fund Advisors and PIMCO, where she built a reputation for discretion, adaptability, and solutions-oriented partnership. Ruth’s expertise in anticipating needs and creating behind-the-scenes systems has consistently elevated her role from support to strategic partner.

 

Letty Cornwell brings over six years of experience supporting senior leaders across industries including corporate, education, and strategic consultancy. Currently EA and Head of Office Operations at Hanbury Strategy, she plays a dual role: supporting executives while also shaping office-wide operations and culture. Her career spans roles at WPP, where she supported an Executive Partner, as well as senior leadership positions at St Dunstan’s College and Eaton Square Schools. Letty is skilled at adapting her approach to different leadership styles, building trust quickly, and balancing the discretion of the EA role with the visibility required in operational leadership.
