About Guest Speaker Georgie

Georgie is an Executive Assistant at Monzo and joined the company back in 2017. She currently supports the COO but during her tenure, has supported every C-Suite role within the company. She has also had the pleasure of building out the EA function at Monzo and has hired a team of world class EAs to support the leaders within the business.
Prior to this she worked as an EA and HR Assistant for a small Nigerian subsidiary bank. She also spent many years working as a Makeup artist for many well known brands such as Bobbi Brown.
Georgie has a 7 year old daughter and lives with her and her fiancé in Essex.

About Colleagues Unite

The Assistant Room Colleagues Unite campaign was established in August 2020 to serve a clear purpose of bringing new representation and shining a light on minorities within the Business Support industry.

Throughout this campaign we will be introducing you to assistants around the world who face a daily battle to achieve equality or who are seen as unlikely success stories due to industry stereotypes.
