6.15pm: Pilates at Your Desk with Kerrie-Anne Bradley
This will be a fun, engaging and interactive session lead by Kerrie-Anne Bradley demonstrating how we can all incorporate stretching and a pilates routine while at our desk. Loosening up for the evening, this will be a fantastic way for us all to get into the flow of the event and teach you some invaluable techniques to use in your every day life!
6.45pm: Managing Your Mental Health as an Executive Assistant

7.30pm: Own Your Mental Health: Take Your Power Back! with Hannah Holt
Hannah will be bringing tons of positive energy to the room and teaching us ways to support ourselves under stress with mindfulness meditation and breathing exercises. Incorporating tools and techniques that can be taken away and incorporated into a manic day, this session is all about making coping mechanisms accessible and really easy to start introducing so not to overwhelm and add further pressure to our already busy lives!
We will be learning how we can sleep better, reduce burnout and keep a strong and positive state of mind.
